MANUFACTURING OF PROFILES AND PIPES WITH LONGITUDINAL SEAM, ALUMINUM PIPES
We manufacture thin-walled (sheet thickness 1.2 - 2 mm) aluminum pipes with longitudinal seam. Butt welded steel pipes and closed sections with wall a thickness between 1.2 and 3.2 mm and O25 - O159 mm are also produced here. Length produced may be in accordance with customer’s requirements in range of 4.5 - 70 mm.
Steel closed sections are delivered in the range of 20x20 - 80x40 mm.

PRODUCING STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS
We manufacture simple and complicated steel constructions, using basic and general technologies in the engineering industry (ironmongery, welding, machining).
Manufacturing procedures are aided by:
- cam presses: 25-400 t
- alligator shears: up to 16 mm thickness
- hydraulic bender: 200 t - 3000 mm blade length
- mechanical bender: 250 t - 4000 mm blade length
- slitting saw cutters
- C02 electrode welding machines up to 400 A
- AWI welding machines up to 400 A
With the manufacturing of welded steel constructions, it is usually required to realize qualified welds. This task is done by our qualified welders. The factory has got a qualification issued by SLV MÜNCHEN, for welding steel and aluminum constructions. Keeping pace with the requirements of the turn of the millennium, we are able to apply hot-dip galvanization and coating for protection of the ready-made steel constructions. With manufacturing steel constructions, overwhelming part of the business is producing various steel pedestals and form panels for building industry.

PEDESTALS FOR BUILDING INDUSTRY
Complicated and simple building and industrial scaffolding issues can be arranged with the frame and module steel pedestals produced in the factory. Average capacity of the pedestals in case of front pedestals: 2.0 KN/m2, but this value can be as high as 6.0 KN/m2, depending on the size of the area and the width of the operation level and by using special accessory elements. Size and floor of the operation level can be adjusted to the actual load. Hot-dip galvanized skid-proof steel boards are able to keep a load of 8.0 KN/m2 in case of excessive needs. Erecting pedestals is effective if assembly, dismantling and changes can be done quickly, the construction and the joints are simple. Elements are light-weight, they can be moved by one person in general.
Assembly and dismantling of the pedestals are quick and the elements are easily transportable. Applied materials are in accordance with the increased strength requirements, which is to increase safety level. The frame pedestal is of a simple construction, with easy assembly; parts of the pedestal slide together without using bolts. Stiffness of the construction is ensured by walking boards hitched to the U-profile of the pedestal fame, barriers fixed with wedges and diagonals.

MODULE PEDESTAL

Module pedestals are to solve universal, everyday or complicated industrial tasks. The pipe pedestals with discs are supplied with connection discs in every 50 cm. These discs may be connected with up to 8 elements. The pedestal is a system of clearly arranged elements, and the wedge connections guarantee perfect safety during the assembly as well. Exact sizes mean an advantage for the user, so does the stiffness of the construction, for the work levels are not to be floored but you can work on the needed work level.
FRAME FRONT PEDESTAL

Height of frame pedestals can reach 24 m, meanwhile module pedestals can reach 40 m height without special planning, above these heights static design needed. Depending on the needs, the pedestal can be as high as 80 - 100 meter.
PORTABLE - ROLLER WORK PEDESTAL

Steel roller pedestal used for reaching rapidly the exact place of smaller repairs, mounting and maintenance works. They consist of 2 and 1 meter high elements and the work level surface is 2.55 x 0.73 meter. Lengthwise, horizontal and diagonal rods and work levels supplied with walking floor with trap door make the pedestal stiff, meanwhile in cross direction, side ladders consisting of vertical columns and horizontal junction pieces do this job. The constructions can be moved ont he rolls mounted to the chassis. In case of outdoor use, the construction can be ensured against tilting failure - up to the height of 8.10 meter - by counterweight and back stays reaching out from the chassis. Above 8.10 meter, pedestals should be anchored in the level of the upper barrier. When used indoor, up to a height of 12.10 meter the pedestal can be ensured by using counterweight and back stays. Pedestal elements are hot-dip galvanized.
These pedestals can be used in various fields of industry, e.g. sea oil wells, oil refineries, pipeline mounting in power stations and maintenance works at the same places. The pedestals may be very useful in different areas: with building and supervising ships and airplanes. Specific applications: e.g. stage techniques, building podiums, stands, in big halls, warehouses for storing equipment, etc.
